Not a bad glass building, even without its remarkable antechamber, but it's the glass cone that really makes this building stand out. The entry to the building is an immediate attention-grabber on a street lined with attention-seeking buildings. The cone is not all that surprising considering the designer of the building is Kisho Kurokawa, who has used that particular shape in his other designs.
